We’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Strata. The building is modern, clean, and very well maintained, and the location next to University Village and the University of Washington is incredibly convenient. One thing we really appreciate is the mix of residents — from high-caliber UW students and professionals to longer-term residents who value a well-run community. It creates a respectful and comfortable environment. The management team has also been excellent. Johnny, Olivia, and Henry have always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. We’ve really enjoyed being part of the community and appreciate the effort the team puts into keeping Strata such a great place to live.

We’ve had a really great experience living in this apartment community. The location is super convenient, the building is new, and the gym is clean and well equipped, which we use a lot. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone we encountered has been genuinely helpful and easy to work with whenever we’ve needed anything. Olivia, Henry, Johnny, Justin, and Jordan etc. have all been especially great. they are always responsive, friendly, and willing to help. We’re very happy here and would definitely recommend this community.

As a vendor, I had a wonderful experience working with the team at STRATA while hosting a resident event through my company, Crinkle & Wrap. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Olivia, Jeremy, Jordan, Justin, Johnny, Henry, and Aida were all a pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully they interacted with their residents — Olivia, in particular, seemed to know most residents by name, which really speaks to the sense of community they’ve created. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and positive attitude truly stood out. And a special shoutout to the maintenance team for quite literally saving my life from a spider — above-and-beyond service at its finest! 🕷️😅 It’s clear this team takes great pride in what they do, and it shows in the level of care they provide. I truly appreciated their support and would absolutely recommend STRATA to both residents and fellow vendors alike.

We have been residents of the Strata since September, and have absolutely loved being in this building! The location is fantastic, right next to the University Village mall and UW. The facilities and clean, modern, and stylish. The rooms are large, spotless, well appointed, and comfortable. Our decision to move into the Strata was made very easy because of the assistance we got from the leasing manager, Johnny Duncan. He showed us the property at our first visit, and his professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness made the process of leasing easy. We were not in Seattle when it came time to pick a unit, and Johnny quickly sent us video tours of the prospective units. After making an initial choice, a unit more suited to our needs opened up later, and Johnny was able to make the switch for us with minimum trouble in our part. We have worked with Johnny for several months as residents, and his helpful, professional handing of issues has confirmed our choice to live here. He is involved in everyday operations, making sure the property is kept spotless and organized, and his efforts are certainly appreciated by us as well as all the other residents. Johnny was quick to help us out when we wanted to set up parking in the first floor garage, and helped us rent a storage space at the Strata for boxes and suitcases. Could anything be improved? Well, aside from a sauna or a built in cafe, the Strata is pretty much the ideal place to live near UW.

I had a great experience at Broadstone Strata. The apartment community is clean, quiet, safe, and well maintained, with complete amenities that make living here very comfortable. I especially want to thank Olivia — she is professional, friendly, and very efficient. Whenever I needed help, she responded quickly and solved the problem right away. Her dedication truly makes a big difference. Highly recommend this community!
