please turn the heat back on, it’s 39 degrees outside and just about 43 in my unit. The heaters are always leaking and the boiler room looks like it is about to flood. FIX IT

The building is infested with cockroaches and silverfish. Management/ the maintenance guy enters units without notice regularly. There is a new property manager at least every three months so good luck communicating with anyone about the issues you will have.

Beautiful building with so much history but it is SO woefully mismanaged that the call box on the front door has been non-functioning for almost two years which makes it nearly impossible to receive packages. Also it’s haunted but that’s a perk for me. They’re chill ghosts

Lemme start by saying the building manager Al is a super swell dude! Unfortunately that is the only plus of this place. It’s full of cockroaches, most of the walls in the halls are missing and have been for many months, the building has probably spent more time with leaks than without, there is NO heat which isn’t up to code standards AND the owner of the property has jacked up rent for units by over 400 dollars in the last 1.5-2 years.
There’s honestly a lot more but truly just steer clear of this place.

They will not give you back your deposit.
Was charged 500.00 for the wall paint.
That's what I get for doing work to clean the mold from the bathroom I guess.
