Derby Capitol Hill

I’ve been living here for 3.5 months and Daunte is an amazing property manager. He’s always super friendly and helpful. It’s clean, the rooftop is awesome, and it’s close to everything. Parking is a nightmare but most people drive or take transit/lime cuz it’s so accessible anyways.

I can't say enough good things about this building. I've lived on Capitol Hill for nearly ten years and this is by far my favorite place. Yes, the apartments are small and there's no parking, but the price reflects that. All my neighbors are quiet and friendly, the building is quite nice, and the management is great. Leasing staff has moved to a part time model where they cover another property some days, but I don't feel it's ever had a negative impact and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. I've lived here for around 18 months and I need to move so I can have more space for family, but it's a struggle to look at anything when I love it here so much. *** This review was not requested, and I'm not receiving any compensation or perks as a result. I'm truly just a fan and I can't often say that.
