Centerline Apartments is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! This is my fourth year here, and it’s clear many residents feel the same. The building is beautiful, with workspaces, a dog run, and even a dog wash for your furry friends—top-notch amenities all around. Centerline stands out because of its incredible staff. Devon ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Olivia is organized, proactive, and personable, always ready to help. Elias went out of his way to assist me, making a noticeable impact. The community here is amazing, too. Friendly, welcoming neighbors make this more than just a place to live—it’s a place to belong.

The management here has gotten worse, especially under the current manager. Several EV charging stations have been out of service for over a month, and they’ve done nothing to fix them. They charge extra for a parking space with EV equipment but leave all the responsibility to the charging company. When we moved in two years ago, someone from the management team forgot to pick up an apartment-owned item, and we were threatened that if we didn’t return it within two days, we’d be charged for it. Seriously??? I'm glad I'm about to move out next month.
