how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

Had a wonderful tour—everyone was incredibly kind to me and my dog, and we immediately felt at home. Special shout-out to Mia on the leasing team—she’s been responsive, patient, and on top of everything. Highly recommend Mia and the entire team!

Cannot beat the location. Close to public transit, Green Lake, restaurants, and breweries like Growler Guys and Project 9. Theo is also just far enough from UW and downtown to feel close, but not to close. If looking to rent, talk to Rachel and Yuki in the leasing office are amazing. Once moved in, keep an eye out for Larry and Larry in maintenance. They are always fun to interact with around the property and great resources whenever you have an issue arise. Highly recommend living here if you enjoy spending time in a large city park, riding public transit to events down town, and knowing the people in the community you live in.
