Nice property

There are so many good things to say about this place. Lived here for 2 years and all I had was a good time. First of a thanks to Chris (Building Manager) for being such a great help when in need. Very easy process to apply and get going. The rent is cheaper compared to other apartment complex in the neighborhood. There is a beer store on the ground level, a new Indian restaurant in front, a weed store and a lovely little bar Toledo on the other side of the block. I stayed in one of the studios, great view of the lake and low maintenance. One of the best views for a cup of coffee in mornings from the roof. Very close to a bus stop like less than 100 feet from the building. Summers were amazing here. They are remodeling the apartments so be sure to check out this place.
