My fiance and I stayed here for a short 7 months, while he was going to the diving school in the area. In that time, this place truly felt like home. Management way nothing short of amazing, especially the leasing managers Lauren and Julien. They really make you feel like they care about you!! Maintenance requests were filled almost instantly, the rooftop is gorgeous, as well as the other amenities- my fave was the free coffees in the morning 🤣- ect. 10/10 recommend living here! If we ever come back to live in Seattle, will definitely be staying here again.

I've lived here nine months now and wow the staff and the amenities are amazing. Big shout out to Julian, he is so helpful and has great energy. The new rooftop is really well done

Been here for a few years planning on ending my lease soon. Felt it was fraud to not have full use of the amenities in the building since moving here. Staff is great but the contractors they hire work slower just to rebuild a rooftop we can’t use yet or rebuild a gym we can’t use. Probably going to be another 2-3 years till everything is fully functional. Not worth the rent price. Can get similar apartment with newer amenities that you can use with apartments nearby.

My experience here has been terrible. Our first weekend of arrival, they only gave us one working key, and one not working key, so we ended up locked out and homeless for the weekend when we exited trying to move our stuff in with the 2nd key. The fridge in our unit barely worked, and it took 3 months and lots of ruined groceries for them to finally replace it. They took our parking space after 6 months and assigned it to a new tenant. They don’t communicate about building issues, and never respond to emails. The management and maintenance staff are super rude, and gaslit us about the presence of a fire when they knew their ongoing construction caused the alarm.

My experience was only the tour, and although I did end up going with a different property the customer service I experienced with Julian was above and beyond my expectations. Julian was kind, personable, and genuine during the tour, answered all my questions honestly, and valued my time with quick communication. Considering my experience with other properties seemingly non-existent staff, I would have a high degree of confidence leasing the summit after my tour with Julian.
