Heads up: Zero privacy here! I lived here a while back and had a massive issue with an older maintenance guy who wouldn't stay out of my business. He was literally stalking my unit—tracking when my boyfriend used my car and who was coming and going—then started telling my neighbors lies about us having "domestic issues." When I finally called him out on it in front of the leasing office, the staff just stood there and watched. They didn't even try to fix it. They eventually let me out of my lease early because they knew his behavior was a huge legal liability. If you want a place where the staff doesn't watch your every move and gossip about your life, go somewhere else.

After desperately hunting for an apartment in Seattle, I'm so glad to have discovered The Central! Compared to other apartments we looked at, The Central seemed like the perfect mix of location, price, and size. The maintenance team is super responsive and friendly, and the few minor issues we initially had were resolved within a couple of days. On top of that, the resident events that Madisyn regularly organizes are great! (The 2025 Pet Mayoral Election was legendary) You can tell she really puts a lot of thought and care into them, which I greatly appreciate as a resident. Based on my experience so far, if the price and location are a good fit for you, it's definitely worth taking a tour and checking it out for yourself.

Favorite place I've lived in by far! Found this place by chance, when we were last minute apartment hunting back in September, and Maddy helped us a lot with our tight timeline for moving in 🙌 Our experience here has been nothing but positive. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly, we love all the fun social events that are organized, meeting new people, and chatting with the team. The building and units are also nice, sound proof, and well insulated. Everything is well kept, and the maintenance team handles requests so quickly and professionally. Also the building is very dog friendly, our dog's favorite part of the day is stopping by the office to say hi to Sydney and Maddy. The location is also perfect for us with peaceful neighborhood walks with our dog, walkable to 5 grocery stores, many great coffee shops & food, and public transportation.

I have lived here for over a year and I love it! The apartment is just the right size and has everything I want and need, including a washer and dryer! I used the parking garage for the first year, but then realized there is usually street parking and opted for the savings, though the garage was super convenient. The staff and other tenants are really what make this apartment building feel like a community though. Maddy, the leasing agent hosts monthly events that are fun and help with the introductions of neighbors. The manager is always available to help and has gone over and beyond for me. The two on-site maintenance men are friendly and professional and have always quickly and conveniently fixed any minor problem. This feels like luxury living, but comes with an affordable price.

Love this apartment , the amenities are great, great garage and friendly staff. Also Jacques is an amazing Thrive community staff employee ! He has been so helpful and professional. He provided amazing support and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
