I really like Lawrence Lofts. The building has a modern vibe with big windows and high ceilings that make the apartments feel open and bright. The rooftop deck is definitely a highlight—you get great city views, and it’s a nice spot to relax or hang out with friends. The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of Capitol Hill. There are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, and downtown isn’t far either. It can get a little noisy at night since the area is so lively, but that’s part of the charm of the neighborhood. Parking isn’t the easiest, and some units are on the smaller side, but overall the design and convenience make up for it. If you’re looking for a stylish place in a fun, walkable area, Lawrence Lofts is a solid choice.

Lived in lawrence lofts for 5 years and would've definitely stayed if we still lived in Seattle - highly recommend if you're looking to be in the area. Pros: - the units feel spacious for the sq footage. south facing units (facing E Madison) get plenty of light, my plant babies loved living here and I didnt get seasonal affect disorder. - management is the best out of any place I've rented. There was some cycling of management through the years as some folks got promoted or moved but all were very good. The current management Ry, Flower, and maitnence team led by Sherwin are fantastic. Fast to respond and get questions resolved quickly and super kind and friendly on top of it all. - location is great and the biggest reason why I loved living here. Walking distance to multiple grocery stores and parks as well as being close to restaurants and events in cap hill. Close to multiple public transit lines. -gated assigned parking in seattle was a luxury and gave me peace of mind -had many board game nights and taco nights with friends in the reservable common rooftop area -units have pretty good noise control/noise buffers between units, when my neighbors had friends over i couldn't hear anything from my unit even though I could hear from the hallway Cons: -units facing e madison can get a bit loud intermittently at night due to traffic and sirens if youre a light sleeper - can be very warm in the summer however if you rent an ac unit which they offer for the summer or get your own unit this will not be an issue. I didnt any of the years
