Lawrence Lofts

I used to live in an Essex-owned building in SLU, and the difference between that experience and living here is night and day. My packages are never stolen, maintenance requests actually get done, my utilities aren't sky high randomly, and emails are answered. Most importantly, I genuinely love living here. The apartments and the management team, Flower and Ry, are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, and proactive in a way that’s honestly rare for a large apartment complex in Seattle. The building is always clean, including the trash rooms, and it feels very safe. I’ve even lived in a “fancier” luxury building in Belltown before, and it was filthy and constantly had issues. This place blows it out of the water. Life is still stressful, but I’m grateful that where I live is no longer part of the stress. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

We’ve had a great experience at Lawrence Lofts, especially as newcomers to Seattle. Flower has been absolutely wonderful throughout our move-in process. She provided clear, detailed information, was incredibly responsive to our questions, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from day one. We’re also transitioning from a house to a loft, and our puppy hasn’t had the easiest adjustment. Flower (and the team) have shown real understanding, empathy, and patience while working with us to find reasonable solutions. That level of care has meant a lot to us. Communication has been excellent, and any repairs or concerns we’ve had have been handled promptly. Her manager, RY, has also been extremely helpful and supportive, especially with accommodations related to our dog and maintenance needs. Overall, the management team here is attentive, compassionate, and professional. We’re very happy to be living at Lawrence Lofts and truly appreciate the support Flower and RY have given us during this transition.
