I've lived in several different spots across Seattle, and I can say without a doubt that The Malloy has been the absolute best! The building itself is incredibly charming and clean. In addition, the management team is kind, professional, and actually responsive to resident needs. The neighbors are also very welcoming and friendly. Additionally, the location is unbeatable. You’re right across from UW and steps away from the Ave, with super easy access to the Link. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home in UDistrict, I highly recommend The Malloy!

This ! If you are looking for a new home, run, don’t walk, to the Malloy Apartments. Directly behind The Ave, and across the street from the Burke museum, the Malloy is one of those rare places where you immediately feel at home. It starts in the wonderfully cozy lobby, with incredibly accommodating and helpful staff, and it only gets better… the apartments boast parquet floors, stained glass French doors and a vibe that is warm and welcoming. Huge windows let in lots of light and vintage whimsical touches are found throughout. Everything is well-maintained and clean. Did I mention the on-site workout space and in-building parking ? The Malloy could not be better situated for any UW affiliate or person just looking to live in the heart of the U district, and accessibility to everything you may need or want is minutes from your securely gated home. Grocery stores, restaurants, parks, recreation and culture are all within walking distance, and the famous Cherry blossoms are almost across the street. Thank you Malloy ! ?
