There has been continuous construction directly behind the building since the first month we moved in, running daily from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Residents were never informed that a year-long construction project would be taking place, and had this been disclosed beforehand, we would have reconsidered signing the lease. The persistent noise disruption has significantly affected daily living conditions. In addition, the elevator in Building 8 has been out of service for nearly four months. People had to move in to apartments on the fourth floor with no working elevator. Residents have repeatedly been told that repairs are “in progress,” yet there has been little visible progress or clear communication regarding a completion timeline. Most recently, excavation work related to the elevator repair left a large open hole outside the building that was initially described as a short, one-hour project. Instead, the area has remained open for an extended period with minimal activity, creating an ongoing safety hazard for residents and visitors. Overall, the lack of transparency, prolonged service disruptions, and unresolved safety concerns reflect poorly on property management.
