There has been continuous construction directly behind the building since the first month we moved in, running daily from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Residents were never informed that a year-long construction project would be taking place, and had this been disclosed beforehand, we would have reconsidered signing the lease. Most recently, excavation work related to the elevator repair left a large open hole outside the building that was initially described as a short, one-hour project. Instead, the area has remained open for an extended period with minimal activity, creating an ongoing safety hazard for residents and visitors. Overall, the lack of transparency, prolonged service disruptions, and unresolved safety concerns reflect poorly on property management. Clear communication, timely maintenance, and proper safety measures should be basic expectations for residents...
