5 star ratings must be from the owner and from their friends. this is absolute nightmare place. Landlord is super unprofessional, have 0 respect and very mean. do yourself a favor and try to talk to actual tenants.

Getting my first apartment was a scary thing but plaid apartments made the whole process easy. The building is very secure no package theft, quiet neighborhood and neighbors. The apartments themselves are very stylish with up to date stainless steel appliances and the best part in unit washer/dryer. What else could you ask for?
