The units at Rollin Street are lovely - spacious, modern industrial, great appliances. I have no complaints about the apartment, but unfortunately the management here is really not on top of things. I’ve been here two months and during that time: - hot water has been unavailable at least one day a month - 1-2 elevators are often down - management repeatedly miscalculated my move in costs, and I was overcharged because they lost my proof of insurance - I scheduled an elevator reservation for move in, but no one showed up (despite repeated calls to the “24/7” line) and it made moving extremely tedious These are the main things, but there are a lot of minor issues too. I have a lot of concerns about how the management here is maintaining the building, as they have been shown to not be on top of their essential responsibilities. Also the gym is pretty disappointing due to most of the space being taken by a full basketball court. Lacking modern/clean equipment and adequate lighting and ventilation.

Update: Management team is unresponsive to any issues that arise. Their response below says they've reached out to the vendor, but it's been 2 months and still no update or response to inquiries for follow up. For that reason, I do not recommend living here and you can see from the reviews that this is consistent issue. Pros: The unit itself is great, tall ceilings, spacious layouts. Great for folks who care about well-designed spaces. Location is wonderful. Neighbors are great, many of them have become friends. Cons: The management company is a real struggle to deal with. They're disorganized, require a lot of chasing to get things fixed. It really drags on the overall experience of living here. Also, the basketball court floors have a ton of dead spots where the balls don't bounce (been trying to get that fixed for over 6 months to no avail), so if that was a draw for you think again.

I moved here two months ago and my only regret is not moving here earlier! The staff has always been super kind and always helpful. Phelicity at the leasing office helping me in the entire process to move here and since then supported me with everything I needed. Today I had my first repair request and Alejandro the maintainace expert did an excellent job replacing one of my appliances. Super professional and efficient.

A huge shoutout to the incredible maintenance staff at Rollin Street Flats, especially Alejandro and Yuriy. From the moment we moved in three months ago, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything in our home is running smoothly. We’ve had a handful of appliance issues come up, but each time, the team has been quick to respond, professional in their work, and efficient in resolving the problems. What really stands out is not just their skill, but also their friendly attitude and genuine care for the residents. It’s reassuring to know that whenever something comes up, we can count on Alejandro, Yuriy, Gisella, Phelicity, Robert, and the rest of the team to handle it with such reliability and excellence.

I’ve lived here for a few months now, and while the unit itself is nice—with tall ceilings and a good layout—the management and service are extremely disappointing. Maintenance requests take weeks or even months to be addressed, if they’re addressed at all. What’s worse is that they often close maintenance tickets without actually fixing the issue. They’ll tell you they’ll follow up or send updates, but that almost never happens. If anything in your unit breaks, don’t expect it to be resolved anytime soon. The poor communication and lack of accountability from management make living here incredibly frustrating.
