This is a very good apartment complex though not cheap. Onsite gym is well equipped and great to have. Concierge service and staff are very courteous and helpful. The location is great for people working in SLU, except that you have to walk up a hill from the grocery store. If you get an apartment with a view, the views are spectacular. The rooftop lounge is spectacular. Bedrooms are tiny in the smaller units but overall, this is a very clean, modern and well-maintained building.

Just an incredible building. The airy, natural, light aesthetic brings so much light to your world in such a gloomy city. A quick and easy walk to Cap Hill. There is a Whole Foods down the hill as well so it makes life so easy. As residents, we get discounts at the Lobby Bar which serves incredible tapas and drinks. The curb appeal of this lobby is astounding as well. I love living here and am so proud when I bring people in.

I was recently hired to photograph the tree-lighting event at REN, and what a beautiful community and space to call home. Courtney and the entire team were wonderful to work with. Their love for the residents is undeniable. Watching the interactions between the team and tenants, and hearing Courtney talk about decorating the building for all of the upcoming events, made it clear just how excited she is to go above and beyond purely to elevate the resident experience. I look forward to working with REN again soon and seeing all the familiar faces at the next event!

Leasing at Ren has been the best decision. This place is really great starting with the location which is right in middle of SLU and a very hot spot to literally walk around to office, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Its one of the best luxury apartments with modern architecture and great amenities. You have a cafe, lobby bar and a tutta bella restaurant right below. On top of that you have different events every month to connect with your neighbors and get new experiences. Any repairs or service request are addressed within a day. Management team and conceirge team are really sweet and helpful. Best rooftops in SLU where you can party, work and relax whenever you want watching the beautiful sunsets of Seattle. You also get to see mount rainier, space needle and lake union at their best views. I really love staying here and its been almost 1.5 years now.
