The shared kitchen in this apartment is extremely unhygienic. Residents regularly spill dirty oil all over the stove, leave raw meat in the sink and refrigerator, and do not clean up after themselves. The kitchen smells bad most of the time and is very unpleasant to use.
I’ve complained to management multiple times, but nothing has changed. If you value basic cleanliness or plan to cook at home, I would not recommend this apartment. You’ll likely end up eating out most of the time. I’ve attached photos so others can see the condition for themselves.

The shared kitchen in this apartment is severely unhygienic and poorly managed. Dirty oil is constantly spilled across the stove, raw meat is left in the sink and refrigerator, and food messes are regularly abandoned without being cleaned. The kitchen smells foul most of the time and feels unsafe to use.
I have reported this issue to management multiple times over an extended period, and nothing has been done to fix it. This is not a one-time problem — it is ongoing and ignored. If you care about basic sanitation or expect to cook your own meals, avoid this apartment. Photos are attached so prospective residents can see the condition for themselves.

I’ve been living at Sunrise Cascade for a while and really enjoy it. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The management team is friendly and always responds quickly when something needs to be fixed. The location is convenient, and overall it feels like a very comfortable and safe place to live.

I’ve lived here for about a year and have really enjoyed my experience with the management team. They’re friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Some of the shared kitchen spaces on different floors were remodeled, which has been a great improvement.
Overall, this apartment is a solid, budget-friendly option.

No AC in unit, so expect 80+ degree all day during summer season. And even if all windows are opened it will not change much.
No kitchen in-unit, and shared kitchen is always a mess; it seems nobody cleaned up after themselves. Even though there is a rule that leaving stuff there would get fined, nobody cared and it never changed.
Office hour is from 12pm to 7pm, only during which can packages be picked up. So if you are a busy student/professional, you will have trouble getting your packages easily.
Beware that utilities are evenly shared and even though there is rule that this is a single occupancy building, A LOT of units are occupied by couples. So also expect to pay others' (hefty) bills. When I am confused about the issue that why I had to pay others' bills when quite a few units are occupied by multiple people, and came to ask the building management during last minutes of their office hour, the guy said I was irritating him because my complaint did not have substance and he did not want to talk to me outside of office hours.
So it seems like when there is real issue (money involved), the building management does not really care and would not try to be helpful. They seemed nice during move-in, but that's probably because they want you to rent the place.
Pic explanation: This is what the kitchen looked like in 2018/11/09. It had stayed like this for 2+ weeks. If management did enforced the rule that would charge people for littering, then I don't think this would happen. It is clear that management does not give a F.
