Just moved out after living here for 14 months. Had a great experience. Below are some highlights followed by things I don’t like. Location is amazing. It is right in front of a bus 62 stop. It’s also a 3-5 minute walk from the 31/32. I particularly miss being able to walk 2 minutes to sea wolf in the morning for baked goods. Management is pretty responsive and helpful. Unlike my previous apartment, they don’t lie to you on the way out by trying to charge you for false cleaning/repairs. Everyone gets a $180-$200 cleaning charge depending on room size and that’s it (unless you’ve actually damaged something). Building itself is new and clean. The lighting in the rooms are great and you don’t even need any additional lamps if you don’t want them. Other utilities work well. I really love that apartments come equipped with heating AND air conditioning. Amenities such as the coworking space are great for focusing and the gym has enough equipment for most people to get a full workout. I particularly spent a lot of time in the gym but it does lack some specialized machines. If you aren’t an athlete then you really don’t need anything more than this. Downsides: The apartment does not even offer you the possibility of purchasing a spot in the parking garage unless you have a premium apartment. If someone with a premium apartment doesn’t want to purchase a spot in the garage then it will just sit empty. I’ve heard many people complaining about this as they come out of apartment tours just like I did. I’m sure this turns many people away because parking on the street (especially in 2025/2026 with all the Fremont construction) is exhausting. Lastly, if you want wifi then you need to get Xfinity. And if you get xfinity you will need to use the preinstalled equipment which will also cost an additional $20 a month or so. Furthermore, you will likely need to spend $100 to get a technician to come out and activate it like I did because Xfinity’s online customer service and app are notoriously bad. I do think the apartment this good though and if I ever moved back to Fremont I would probably try to live here again in a room that allows me to park a car. I will add that I had a decent view. If you have a bad view (like I did at my old apartment) you may not like it as much.

I recently toured the Cline and was beyond impressed with their property management, communication, and transparency. Alex’s tour of the building and its many amenities (bike wash, hello!) was thorough and thoughtful, and I very much appreciated the email recap and her willingness to let me see the space again the following day. Moving to a new city is certainly overwhelming but the team made me so much more comfortable. Thank you!
