The Millwright

I recently moved into Millwright Apartments in Seattle and have had an excellent experience so far. The building is well maintained, clean, and has a modern feel throughout. The apartments themselves are spacious with high-quality finishes, and the attention to detail really stands out. One of the best parts of living here is the management and maintenance team. Loni the property manager and Larry the maintenance director are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents and the condition of the property. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes living here stress-free. The location in Seattle is also fantastic—close to everything you need while still feeling like a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day. The community atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the property running smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend Millwright Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and high-quality place to live in Seattle. Definitely a five-star experience!

I had a tour scheduled for 10am today 11/01 and there was a no show from the leasing agent. Frustrated that i had to keep calling the leasing button and wait outside in the rain with no one to come and open the door. The purpose of an appointment is do things organize and professionally. We all have things to do during the day and I set this time aside to be shown the new building. Building looks nice but if this is how the leasing office manages I'll look elsewhere. Very disappointed
