Had an amazing time touring the property. I came to the open house this past weekend and met Dylan, not only was he super welcoming and knowledgeable of the property, but he also created a very inviting and understanding environment as a sophomore navigating off campus housing for the first time.

I went to the ope house on Saturday the 31st and Shyanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of my mom and I’s questions and we felt way better about the process of getting moved up to Seattle going. Couldn’t say enough good things about this team, they definitely care about their clients as well as potential ones.
Five stars!

As a resident living in Pacific Sunrise, I have had a lovely experience and the staff here is amazing. I have spoken to Dylan and he is extremely helpful especially when I’m unsure about my package delivery. Great service !!!

This is my second year living in Pacific Sunrise and it’s been amazing! The staff are very supportive and kind, my best experiences have been with Jasmine and Dylan. They’re very willing to help. Any problems that may arise with the apartment are fixed very quickly as long as you maintain communication about it! Location-wise, it’s very conveniently close to North campus and nice walking distance from UVill. Great place!

Living in the pacific sunrise apartments has been a great experience! It’s close to UW and has private parking. The staff are always in a great mood and ready to help with any issues. I noticed some reviews that pointed management to be poor and others that the living conditions are not good, but I would say the exact opposite. I would recommend living here because it’s convenience.
It’s affordable and easy. Management has bought all new appliances as seen in the pictures and staff are regularly making sure everything works. Some reviews said heating was an issue but after many months of living here I have stayed as warm and comfortable as can be. The bedrooms aren’t ginormous but they are perfect size for a college student, big enough for a queen bed, I have two closets and space for my desk. I do laundry about once a week and I don’t ever have a problem, it’s rare that all the washers and dryers are taken up but it’s a 15 second walk from my apartment. Also, I would recommend signing a lease with friends as your roommates so you get the best experience. I signed my lease by myself and the roommates that were chosen for me were really chill and clean. All maintenance issues are handled on time and my packages are always safe and sound in the LuxerOne package storage system and I pick them up with a code sent to my app. Overall, for the price it’s a steal. If you’re thinking about applying to this apartment I recommend walk into the management office and chat with them about questions.
PS: I saw someone say that all positive reviews are from staff lol that’s cap. I’m a sophomore at UW studying construction management and recommend this place 10/10.
