They don't have adequate parking to move in or out. My husband was helping our friend move out and he got a ticket because there is no where to park unless you park far away in a lot you have to pay $25+.

Great place so far! I love the location and the calm energy the Violett has. Move in was very smooth sailing and Dan helped me get settled in to my place. The manager is so sweet and very understanding and kind. Hope to stay here for the years to come.

Despite the old reviews, my husband and I decided to check out the apartment and I’m glad we did. We learned that the management has recently changed and we were met with the most welcoming, cheerful and absolutely friendly manager. Long story short, the apartment is renovated, the manager is attentive and unlike most management’s I’ve had to deal with before in both NYC and here in Seattle who you could never hear back from, Renee and her maintenance man Dan are both on top of it and responds right away to issues. Also the resident bbq held in the cute courtyard is a bonus. My husband and I are already planning on staying here for a while ♥️

This complex just got new owners! I actually love it here so far! Just moved in a month ago. I will say the management here is extremely fantastic and helpful and reliable! I have to say that it is the most excellent place to live in!
The the management team is amazing and make you feel very welcomed. The interior of the units were newly renovated and gorgeous! The area is great too! Groceries, food, bars and a dog park with in a short walking distance!
My family and I plan on staying here for the next 6 years, we love it so much!

If this place was half the rent it be acceptable but these places is very poorly built. Summer time you cannot keep it cool. So show even with heat off your apt will continue to raise in heat constantly. Giant windows seem nice but are single pane with zero insulation so sun facing apts just bake during the summer. You can hear laundry machines in apartments very easily. The carpet and flooring is very cheap. Often not even fully stretched to wall but held down with appliances. They want luxury prices for a place that was built with the quality of temporary housing
