Live here at your own risk. I originally chose this place for the 2024-2025 School year because it was the cheapest apartment in the vicinity of UW. 1280 for my share of a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. This year it was raised to 1499. Not worth it. The place has problems, and others are correct that maintenance requests take a long time. We had semi important issues that took weeks to resolve, but nothing like not having water or flooding like others had. Once they were resolved 2 months into living there we didn't have any issues for the rest of the time. I believe we are lucky. Others are correct that for the entire time I lived here the garage smelled horrible and was probably toxic due to an insane amount of bacteria growing standing water. Right before I left, they flushed it out for the summer, but I imagine when the rainy season comes again in the fall, it will become nasty again. I would live here again at the price I paid but not at the price it got raised to. Our room faced the alleyway and you couldn't open the windows most of the time or the apartment smelled like trash. Fine in the winter. But, we had a heatwave and couldn't really open the windows. It was like 85 outside, and it was 85 inside. IT GETS HOT with no AC. Even when temps dropped to mid 70s, we couldn't get the apartment to go below 80. Glad I left before the summer because I imagine it will become hot and never cool down. Also, the sound proofing is not it. You hear your neighbors above you and hear people in the alleyway all the time screaming. Pros: 1. I personally never had a package stolen. Amazon sometimes delivers to the apartment, but UPS, Fedex, and USPS drop off at the main Yugo building on the Ave and you pick up your package with an ID there. 2. The in unit laundry works well.

do not live here!! the management is horrible and maintenance requests rarely get completed. my apartment flooded and i was not able to get ahold of emergency maintenance for 1+ hours. after this, it took 2+ weeks for a plumber to come restore water to my unit (i had no water in the apartment). management was unhelpful and unreliable. a few weeks after, the sprinkler system was leaking and maintenance never came to fix the issue. the building is not maintained: the parking garage has standing water with a mold/ bacterial growth that makes the whole building smell. packages also get stolen often. my rent was also raised $400 in one year. overall, terrible management and gross building!
