I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this management team if possible. We moved out on 9/1/2025, and got charged over $400 of water utility bill (from 4/3-5/6) by mistake. Even though we tried to dispute the charge by emailing the office and telling them to correct the statement, they said they would only mail us 50% of the statement by check. Just received another email threatening us the entire balance will go to collections soon. This is unacceptable. You admitted your error, but only 50% of it? Never seen a management team this unprofessional before.
