Terrible property management, no maintenance, old furniture, the "bed " that i reported to be unacceptable sure to a giant dip in the mattress so you were sleeping on bed frame, they put in the roommates room before she moved in, both of us had to buy new mattresses. The second roommate reports blood stains on her mattress! The breaker was tripped in the other half of our apartment and management "didn't know where the breaker box was and would email last property manager to find out" with a week of no power in the kitchen i did a lap around the building found the breaker box and flipped the switch myself to fix our power! They move people in with no notice, the day of you find out someone is moving in. I have 2 esa cats and they told my roommate the day of i was moving in with 2 cats! Also 0 amenities and they do not clean your room before move in, so don't believe that. It smells weird and it has dingy lighting, they also never answer the phone when you call. I reached out to them multiple multiple times and they never got back to me. Finally i went to the office and they were so disorganized and nothing was ready for me to move in. It's probably a good first semester kind of place on a budget but it kind of sucks to live here. It just needs to be updated and cleaned! And an entire new management!!!

The location of this apartment is great, however the management is terrible. When I moved in my room wasn’t even clean, and all my dresser were broken. It seemed to me that the management didn’t even do a walk through before I moved in. Not only that it the air filters haven’t been changed in over a year and the management didn’t see this as an issue (even though its a fire hazard). All of the walls in our house were two different colors because of the flood the year before that never got fixed. As well as our door didn’t have a seal on it so insects and dirt would always come underneath the door. The dumpster to the apartment didn’t get taken out for over a month and the trash continued to pile all around and creat a horrific smell, and whenever we would bring up any of our concerns or issues to management they never responded or didn’t see the issue. Lastly, I have asked the manger for my security deposit back on multiple occasions and he has never responded and continues to ignore me. I don’t recommend this place unless they get new management and upgrade all of the apartments!

Absolute nightmare, when I moved in the walls were cracked and management never seemed to “see it as a problem”. the bathrooms paint was peeling on just about every square foot of the walls. my bedroom wasn’t even vacuumed before I moved in, there was a thick layer of hair and even toenails had a nice spot in the corners of my room. there was a good two months where the dumpster for the whole apartment wasn’t dumped so trash was just piled up in the parking lot in the center. management absolutely never responded to maintenance calls there was a leak in the sink for another tenant and it got so bad we actually just fixed it ourselves because the landlord cared so little.

I love living here! The apartments are in a great location and they’re very nice! But most importantly the apartment manager, Jason, makes living in these apartments better than any other place you can find around here. If we ever have an issue he’s there to help. But he does it with kindness and compassion for all of his residents. Management is a key part of good apartments and with Jason as the apartment manager, my time here is definitely enjoyed!

I moved into the Dixie 9 Apartments in August of 2019 and my experience here has been great. Jason, the leasing manager has done an outstanding job with helping the residents who live in these apartments. Jason’s energetic and considerate personality and his willingness to lend a helping hand with anything from maintenance problems to providing fun events for the whole apartment complex has really impressed me and I can tell that he truly cares about the residents well-being. I would definitely recommend the Dixie 9/Almond Tree apartments because of the friendly environment that Jason has created here.
