False building-wide fire alarms have caused the entire building to have to evacuate at least every month and a half since I've moved in. Absolutely terrifies my sixteen year old cat.

Great place to live! Love the proximity to the Foundry and cant wait for the Mocha point coffeeshop to open. the building manager is super responsive to issues and maintains a great line of communication with residents.
