Honestly, this would be an ideal place to live. It's not fancy or anything but it's good for the price and right next to the university. The dealbreaker is that if anything breaks in your apartment you are pretty much screwed. The management will try to do everything themselves to cut down on costs meaning it takes forever for them to get around to anything. My roommates and I have put in several work orders over the past 5 months and not a single one has been completed.
