Vintage at Canyonlands

Super convenient location that is located across the street from campus. Cheapest rent in town. Units are a little older, but clean and good for what you pay. The pool area is awesome and always social.

Honestly if this place could have a no star id put it. They couldn’t care less about their residents like when I moved in the place was utterly disgusting. They never had cleaners come in to clean my room or place before move in even after I expressed how bad it was and showed pictures. I had to do it all myself and pay a cleaning company cause of how bad the apartment was left. On top of when people like me work all day and can’t come to the office to get our packages they refuse to offer to take it to the residents unit for help when legit they do nothing in the office but sit. I had to go to the office the other day to get some packages during my lunch when the trash wasn’t big enough since it was full I had to set the 2 tiny boxes to the side cause they wouldn’t fit after opening them. Then they preceded to charge me 25$ just for removing the boxes to another trash. Like are we serious??? If it was that big of a deal I could’ve came back but there office is always closed when I’m off work at 7 so can’t even do anything. Like heaven forbid they do their job and take a small trash out of there office. But rather charge stupid fees they make up. This place is ridiculous
