The Marshall Tempe

As a resident of The Marshall, I was promised free guest parking and think that is ridiculous. That guests have to pay to park when that was never a thing before. While I’m making this complaint, there are other things with the facility that were promised that have still not been available for example, the sauna, the steam room, and while I do care about those things, the guest parking is what I care about most. My boyfriend was about to pay for parking and just for an hour. It said $15 which I think is insane. Especially because I’m already paying $125 a month for my own parking. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Just finished executing a lease for my son at Marshall Tempe. Isaac and Austin are extremely professional and amazing to work with. I have been a commercial real estate broker for 39 years and am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism at this property. If the property management team is as good as the leasing team, it will be a great year at Marshall Tempe.
