I can’t say enough good words about The Marshall, and especially Taylor. I work with a lot of apartment complex’s and she stood out to me. Taylor was in such a good mood, and was super helpful with getting me an apartment for next year. I want to thank Taylor again, and I look forward to moving in to the Marshall next year!!

The Marshall Tempe already feels like it’s going to be an amazing luxury community, but what really stood out was the leasing experience. Taylor made my current roommates and I feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the community without making it feel rushed or salesy. This apartment and leasing office is truly the best. The staff is so welcoming, organized, and very responsive. I specifically must mention Erica White for being so helpful and professional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to answer my silly questions :) Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience wonderful.
