University Pointe Apartments

After a Very True and Honest negative review of the experience we had with this place and the move with our daughter. That didn't happen . We are sent a email from a Lawyer to remove our review. Or we could be sued. Review removed, as not wasting any more of our precious time with this place. My review was not the only negative review.

University Pointe has been a nice place to live for me! In the first place, renting was an easy, straightforward process with the helpful office staff and consistent communication on their part. My sales rep was Jaela. With her, I was quickly able to take a tour, view my recommended apartment upon request and sign the lease within a few days. The apartments are nice and simple, so you can make whatever design you want out of it. Also, parking is convenient and a total time saver compared to many other apartment complexes here in Tempe. Lastly, the maintenance team does an amazing job! If I have an issue, I just file a request on the renter's app and the maintenance team usually takes care of it within 24 hours. Overall, living here is very nice!
