Save your money and move elsewhere. They dont fix anything , they get attitudes when you say something , poorly managed , holes in ceilings , clogged sinks and noone in sight to fix it . Someone was killed outside the apts , so they are unsafe as well as garbage

Poorly managed, unfair move out policies. Very grimy and dirty inside from years of neglect, slapping old paint on dirty walls, etc.
There was a leak from my ceiling which would drip when it rained and even after reporting the problem, they never even sent maintenance to look at it. The bathroom cabinet was literally crumbling all over the floor from years of water damage. The place is infested with crickets, the AC/heater units are incredibly noisy and very expensive to operate. I asked for a move out walk through inspection to make sure I didn’t get hit with any surprise charges but they denied my request and even though I spent 8 hours cleaning the place and it was way cleaner than when I moved in, they still charged me for extra carpet cleaning and $91 for an extra day of rent because I turned my keys in after 5:00. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

Relatively cheap and a nice pool area. However, the management is extremely lazy and unhelpful. There is a sewage roast infestation, as well as an infestation of other types of roaches, and the management will openly tell you that they will take a month to treat the issue, and even when they do, the treatment will not help, and the roaches will always be there.
Additionally, the management will do everything in their power to screw you out of money. They subtly changed the lease to require a longer notice time before vacating, ignored our text messages involving serious inquiry about the departure process, and then pretended we didn't give them formal notice, demanding us pay them two more months of rent AFTER our lease concluded and we left the premises. It's certainly cheap rent, but it's cheap for a reason -- don't live here if you don't like roaches, and if you do choose to move in, make sure you have a lawyer look over your lease for the fine print.

I love living here. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for my 7 yo to play in, and amazingly landscaped. The pool is well maintained. My air conditioners are brand new, and I love being able to close off the bedroom and just cool one room overnight. Negatives: There is not a full sized stove.

Extremely overpriced for the quality. AC suddenly stops working every week and it takes days for repair men to show up. Apartment was infested with sewage roaches, even though the landlord insisted that there weren't any bug problems. The roach issue was never resolved, I had to move out before the lease ended. It was truly one of the most disgusting places I have ever lived in, do not rent here.
