I’m reviewing this as a prospective tenant. 1. Almost impossible to get a hold of management / leasing office. This is what happens when one offsite office manages multiple properties. Can’t imagine how hard it’d be to get a hold of during times of distress. 2. I was told washer/dryer would be inside the apartment, but didn’t find any in the display unit #14. Tried to call to verify, but once again met with voicemail. 3. Management wasn’t very helpful when I did get in contact either, with their dismissive attitude. 4. “Gated community” has all unlocked gates. What’s the point then?
