Aquatic Fourth Street

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a friend who just moved into an apartment community, and I was truly impressed. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, offering a bright and inviting atmosphere that felt like home. One of the standout features of this community is the attention to detail in both the apartments and the common areas. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the management's commitment to providing a pleasant living environment. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet the office team, including the manager, Laura. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Laura took the time to answer questions and provide insights about the community, showcasing a genuine dedication to resident satisfaction. Overall, this apartment community is a fantastic place to live, with its beautiful units, well-managed facilities, and a supportive team. I left feeling impressed and excited for my friend to start her new chapter there!

We were in the city for the weekend to house hunt ahead of our big move and toured this property. It was incredibly clean and spacious and the entire community feels well cared for. Out of all the properties we toured, this one was our favorite so far. The leasing staff was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We walked in on a Friday, no appointment, just hope that someone would be available to talk to us, and Lexie immediately greeted us and invited us into the office. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to really get to know us and what we’re looking for in a new home. That personal touch made a big difference, especially since we already have so much going on with this move between major location and career changes. The gyms were impressive and well-stocked (better than our current “luxury apartment community gym”) and the community room was absolutely beautiful. For Berkeley, the pricing felt reasonable given the quality of the property and amenities. I was nervous about noise because the train is nearby (which is a win because we utilize public transport whenever we can, but we also have a 1 year old who is a light sleeper) and we were pleasantly surprised by how well the apartment windows dampened the sound inside. All in all, we were really happy with our tour and are looking forward to renting here soon!
