corruption like I've never seen. I left here early and broke my lease due to inadequate conditions and they spent months threatening me and saying that they'd sue me for the remainder of my lease, which they didn't. I think they assume that college-aged tenants don't know their rights, but I knew mine. These people will threaten and send letters trying to collect, but trust me they -at least from my experience- won't pursue litigation. They're all talk and no action.
