this place is very nice, but was honestly falling apart. I lived there last year and we had countless issues that we were immediately blamed for. Don't get me wrong, the place and people working there are very nice, it is not their fault. I believe the owning company is only interested in making money and getting good reviews (which they ask their residents to do to meet their monthly quota). it was incredibly irritating to have something broken every week, which has happened to a lot of other residents as well. i would love to boost my quality rating, but there need to be serious fixes to the units and property in order for me to feel right doing so.
