EDIT # 2 5/12 - take back what I said. Whoever runs the office is at best completely inept. It’s just really not that difficult to send an email 24 hours in advance. They like to send emails right before they leave around 5pm stating someone will be in my apartment tomorrow morning… no they won’t! Again just time after time showing the complete inability to run a business, not even good, just legally lol. Not sure if this is groundbreaking news to some, but some people have JOBS. That means I can’t just at a moment notice be here to restrain my animal because of your gross negligence. It just baffles me that someone is getting paid money to just quite frankly, not do their job. Two stars because all things considered, when they’re not trying to ambush you with repairs it’s a decent place to live. Prices are reasonable and community is nice and quiet EDIT 10/22- I’ll be the first to admit that since leaving this review cabana beach has made a better effort of notifying residents and I haven’t had any unprompted entries since. Maintenance enters your apartment with no notice. Which for the record to cabana beach, is against Florida state law. I’ve complained about it once via phone call and was told they would reach out to property management. Keeps happening. Dangerous for both parties. The reason this is a law is because a young girl was murdered by a maintenance man (in Florida) bc he had a key to her apartment. 24 hour notice REQUIRED, not suggested before entry. If anybody with legal experience were to experience this you would be in for a lawsuit and legal action. You can send me 10 emails about brownies in the clubhouse or a soccer tournament, then you can send out an email about scheduled maintenance

management single handedly makes living here so miserable. they ignore emails. they’re nasty if they even respond. they refuse to fix issues that are AGAINST THE LEASE. i’ve emailed about six times about violations and was told every time that the problem would be fixed but it never was. plus there’s never a moment of peace here because they’re constantly doing some worthless renovations to the outside of the buildings and surrounding areas. i get woken up constantly at 8 am because of construction or other projects being done. every building stinks like weed day and night. but it’s mainly the treatment from management that makes it so awful. this place could be great if management actually cared about us and not our money. they’re so sweet to you to get you to sign a lease and then you’re just a checkbook to them and they’re rude and make you feel terrible for reaching out to them about issues.
