Andrew was the best possible person to show us around. He was very personable. He wasn’t pushy. He was very knowledgeable. Very warm character. You couldn’t do better.
After I moved in, I had a maintenance issue and within no time at all, Ramiro, the building engineer arrived and saw to it that it was fixed and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. What amazing and prompt service! Thanks, 5 MLK!

I work at one of the commercial businesses inside the 5 MLK building and have been here for two years. While I can’t speak to the residential spaces, I can confidently say that Ramiro, the building engineer, is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly helpful, dependable, and always willing to step in for anything we need. Truly the backbone of the 5 MLK building, our office space would not function the same without his support.
