The Mirage

I’m grateful I found this place within my budget. I didn’t know the previous managers, but during the process of moving in, the new (current) management has been amazing. They’ve honored their word, worked hard to meet my needs, and if there was any type of small inconvenience, they’d immediately offer a compromise. Lorena Valdez and Raquel Rico were both very kind and helpful and got me into the apartment I wanted. Good management and on-site maintenance is a necessity for me. If anyone is looking for an affordable living space, this place is the best option I found the south DFW area. They’re transparent with fees and only charge the necessary ones (water, pest, trash, community) and there’s no overcharging. They cover internet, but it’s a fair price. Even after fees, this is the nicest affordable option. It’s clean, sanitary, and has good amenities. I highly recommend Mirage!

Under new management, and you can really tell the difference. The office staff were very helpful and professional. I really like the new changes they’ve made it a much better place overall.
