I’ve had bad experiences with apartments before, but none that I’ve felt inclined enough to leave a negative review on until now. I really would suggest avoiding this complex. The greed has astounded me. I was roped into making monthly payments over half a year after living there. They claimed there was dog urine all over our balcony at move out and had to replace the flooring. This was definitely not true. We didn’t allow our dog on the balcony and he never once urinated out there. We expressed that it looked rough upon move in, but they said because we didn’t officially document it or submit it to them we were now responsible to pay for it. (Lesson learned). They took our entire deposit and charged us for everything they could, even down to having to replace a couple lightbulbs in the apartment ($25 by the way). This has been a stressful financial burden for my family and has made our move across the country even more difficult than it already was going to be. For the last two payments, they suddenly and without notice told me I can no longer make them online and that I had to bring them in or mail them due to a policy change. (?) I live in Pennsylvania so this was definitely inconvenient. They, unfortunately, will take. They will charge. These people don’t care. Like at all. Seriously. I feel as though I have integrity and take responsibility for the things I need to, but I do genuinely feel like they took advantage of me and my family. I’m happy to have finally made my last payment to them and be officially free from their tight financial grip on my life. Don’t move here.

Layne, the maintenance supervisor, consistently goes above and beyond. Work orders are completed promptly, communication is clear, and repairs are done thoroughly and professionally. His leadership really shows in the quality of work. Our groundskeeper (junior)is hardworking, reliable, and always keeps the property looking great. It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in what they do. maintenance (Jordan)is amazing! Requests are handled quickly, and everything is always fixed properly the first time. They’re friendly, professional, and make living here stress-free The ladies in the office were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can really tell they care about what they do. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I hardly ever do reviews but I really feel like this place deserves recognition . The maintenance guys are awesome and the supervisor Layne takes care of his crew . Thank you . This place is really nice and well kept . Also anytime I’ve needed help with anything Jordan was quick and very helpful. He is very personable and polite . He is a hard working guy . And Junior was also very nice and quick and hardworking thank you to all of you guys .

I would like to recognize our maintenance (Jordan) for the consistent effort and care put into maintaining our apartment complex. Our groundskeeper (Junior )does a great job keeping the property clean and looking nice year-round. Very hardworking, reliable, and always on top of things. Thank you for all you do! If you’re looking for a nice place to live, this ain’t it! keep looking! The actual apartments interior is nice looking, but poorly built. Ventilation is awful. If you plan on sleeping, plan on it being 10-15 degrees warmer/colder than the thermostat. Genuinely 80+ degrees in the summer, 60 in the winter despite having the thermostat at a solid 70. The amenities are nice when they’re open, but don’t plan on them. It felt like the pool+ hot tub were closed longer than they were open. The trash compactor is consistently full, and has broken multiple times since I moved in less than 6 months ago. When it broke, we were told “you can haul your trash 5 miles down the road if you’d like”. They say internet is included in the “amenity fee”, but make no mistake: it is expensive. $150/month for internet and ‘exclusive pool access’ is a flashing red warning sign. The carpet balcony + outside stairs have been filthy the entire time, I don’t see that ever changing. Be prepared to walk through dog excrement when walking into your lovely apartment. And all of this for a very low price of $2k+ ! What a fantastic deal. Money hungry, greedy corporate-owned apartment complex that will bleed you dry at every opportunity. But if that’s your thing, go for it. If you want to be happy, anywhere is better than here.

Great place to live! Is close to UVU campus, and the complex is modern and clean. Tenants are all very friendly and have had no issues parking or with anything!
