Save your money and live somewhere else. Paying an extra $100 per month for rent is well worth not having to pay regular $300 towing fines. All of these reviews are about parking for a reason. Vineyard is a joke. The apartment complex is built horrendously cheap. You will hear your neighbors constantly. Dumb things that shouldn’t break will. And the ground is settling so doors/windows don’t seal right. If I could go back, I would’ve saved myself the headache and decided to live somewhere more expensive for the past year and a half.

Had my sons birthday party. Parked my vehicle in guest parking to give my family space to park. Family left at 11pm and before I had a chance to run and get my vehicle car was towed at 11:09. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even have family over without having to worry about getting towed

Parking is a joke!!! There is not near enough places for the residents who live there to park. If you get home after 5 forget about finding a spot, there is nothing. Almost every night you have to drive around for 30+ minutes looking, until you 1) give up and have to go elsewhere and walk far distance to get home or 2) park somewhere you're not allowed and will guaranteed get towed every time. It is ridiculous how much they don't care about the tenants and are completely fine with young girls having to walk long distances late at night. Some serious changes need to be made.

Unless you’re a collegiate runner I don’t recommend living here. If you aren’t home before 4pm you will have to walk at least a mile or two to find a parking space. We were told by our property manager there was a small area where we could park on the street, I parked there almost everyday for six months then I got towed one night and was told we were never allowed to park there? Yet I parked there almost every day and never got towed before? The towing company patrols day and night. Not to mention Managment is atrocious and makes everything personal. There was a random trash can that did NOT have our number on it and the management gave us a fee for leaving it out but it wasn’t ours. We had to email and tell them at least three times before the took off the fee. Always watch your step on the grass because chances are you’ll step in poop. Neighborhood doesn’t seem super safe either. We have had multiple arrests with cop cars everywhere and my roommates and I had stayed up all night because we were pretty sure we heard our neighbor get murdered. Anyways good luck:))))

It's a nice community. The residents all seem very nice and the condo seems to be well built. Every unit comes with a single car garage and a driveway, so there is room for everyone to park 2 cars. Some other designated parking is available first-come-first- served, and usually fills up quickly. This can be a problem if you have guests over as parking on the street is not allowed and is strictly enforced (Street parking can result in your vehicle being towed.) I would give it 5 stars if it had more parking available, but that's a pretty common problem with high-density housing anywhere.
