I don’t normally write reviews but this experience needs to be documented for anyone considering leasing here. What I experienced from this leasing office was a combination of poor communication, lack of leadership, and customer service that needs serious improvement. Situations that should have been simple to resolve turned into unnecessary stress because of how the office chose to handle things. In my case, the rent portion of my account had already been more than covered, yet additional miscellaneous charges appeared on the ledger which created a remaining balance. Instead of someone in the office taking the time to communicate clearly, review the account, or explain the situation, the response was to escalate things quickly and start referencing attorneys over a relatively small remaining balance on the 10th day of the month. A simple conversation could have resolved the issue in minutes. This kind of approach shows a lack of solid leadership in the leasing office. When there is good leadership, situations like this are handled with professionalism and common sense. Instead, what I experienced was the opposite. The communication felt dismissive, the process felt disorganized, and the overall customer service was disappointing. It is frustrating because it really does feel like it be your own people sometimes. You expect a level of respect and professionalism when you are paying to live somewhere and handling your responsibilities, but that was not the experience here. I ultimately paid the remaining balance just to close the situation out and move on with my life, but the way the issue was handled says a lot about how this office operates. Anyone considering living here should pay very close attention to their ledger, document their interactions, and understand that customer service from this office still has a lot of work to do.
