The SteelCote Flats is a wonderful community to live in, very well put together, very quiet, very homely. Christian and Jeannie are the best; they made the process super easy and super quick. The application process was seamless, and they're offering a really good special, so if you guys want to live in high style in the Midtown St. Louis area, the Flats are the place to be.
