We’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Strata. The building is modern, clean, and very well maintained, and the location next to University Village and the University of Washington is incredibly convenient.
One thing we really appreciate is the mix of residents — from high-caliber UW students and professionals to longer-term residents who value a well-run community. It creates a respectful and comfortable environment.
The management team has also been excellent. Johnny, Olivia, and Henry have always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance.
We’ve really enjoyed being part of the community and appreciate the effort the team puts into keeping Strata such a great place to live.

We’ve had a really great experience living in this apartment community. The location is super convenient, the building is new, and the gym is clean and well equipped, which we use a lot.
What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone we encountered has been genuinely helpful and easy to work with whenever we’ve needed anything. Olivia, Henry, Johnny, Justin, and Jordan etc. have all been especially great. they are always responsive, friendly, and willing to help.
We’re very happy here and would definitely recommend this community.
