I didn't end up renting with Kiara due to another building offering a fantastic concession. But I did want to leave a review for the wonderful experience I had touring with Cheri. She was incredibly kind and went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed both during and after the tour. I would definitely consider touring here again in the future!
Was looking for a new home in Seattle and found Kiara. I had a really great experience working with Sara Ireland, who helped me a lot during my apartment search! The whole process was smooth and super helpful. Sara was super responsive, easy to talk to, and very clear about pricing, lease options, and all the details that usually get confusing when apartment hunting. She showed me various videos about the apartment I was interested in while I was not physically there. Even though I did not end up living here, I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking for a home in Seattle. Just call the front desk and ask your questions!
