Nothing works properly. Elevators are constantly broken. Good luck getting your packages. Deliveries can't get into the building after hours. And if the do, if the lobby elevator is out, they *might* leave your package in the lobby. If they do, it's likely to end up in a rolling bin, locked in an office. There are huge roaches (since I had just moved from the East Coast, I really hoped they were some native large beetle before googling then) outside at night near the dog grass area, which means they are probably inside, too, especially when they hide from the sun. The hot tub isn't cleaned properly (they just over do the chemicals, which makes you smell like chlorine even after 3 showers), the shower (to rinse off) doesn't work at all, and the bathrooms are locked 24/7. The hot tub doors WILL lock at exactly 10pm. There is no other way out and the emergency line never answered multiple calls. Had to call the police department and they were flabbergasted at these "luxury" apartments, as it was winter and we were soaked with no where to go for shelter. As others have said, the parking garage doors are broken most of the time, which leaves one open at all times. Not secure nor safe, having to drive in through the exit door or the back trash door being propped open, so what are people paying for?? Also, the fire alarms constantly going off in the middle of the night are absolutely ridiculous and unsafe. So many people just put ear plugs in now so if there is ever a real fire, good luck... We put in maintenance requests and nothing ever gets done. Our kitchen faucet started leaking and it took 3 days for them to come. We were changing towels every 2 hours and doing laundry constantly (which wastes soap, water, and money towards the utilities). It still wasn't enough. It was squishy under the floor boards. I hope the current management team are the ones that have to deal with rotting/damaged floor boards at some point.

been living here and it has been great. Awesome location, love the fact it has indoor parking garage. This was really one of the only apartments i could find for a decent price that had the 2 bed 2 bath layout where you arent sharing a wall with your roommate and you each get your own bathroom
