This apartment doesn't have the capability to provide parking space for more than 2 vehicles. If your family has more than 2 vehicles, this is not the right place. You will be forced to park somewhere else and the apt management won't even care about that.

Complex needs to be condemned or gutted completely, MANY species of mold have been found in the HVAC systems of the units. When myself and my roommate requested that they remedy this condition they claimed "it's just dust", however they also claimed "when we dealt with in the past we just replace the vents" meaning the property manager has had past knowledge of this condition yet acted in negligence to try and hide the mold from the tenants. Upon presentation of evidence as you will see here, the Landlord & Owners acted in RETALIATION and threatened to evict my roommate and me, claiming there is only dust in the apartments and that they had it treated as dust by professionals This did nothing to correct the mold infestation and most likely spread it to other areas & units. Upon testing my apartment unit after they allegedly treated it, the tests were still positive for multiple species of harmful & toxic mold. The Landlord (middle aged Vietnamese man that identifies as "Dewey") is not an honest person and will lie to you to protect profits of the apartment. There is a lawsuit filed for their Landlord Retaliation pending their refund of my roommate's and mine 2 months of rent and security deposit.
