DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give them no stars, that would still be an underestimate of how horrible these apartments are. We lived here for five years, and they are the most ghetto apartment complex that are roach infested AND have horrible neighbors. The first year or so, we lived under a drug dealing criminal that would stomp across her place 24/7, locked her dogs up in a cage on the balcony where they would poop and pee and she washed it on to our patio, she used regular dish detergent in her dishwasher that caused flooding into our apartment, and had all kinds of traffic come in and out of her house all hours of the night. When we switched units, they did not waive any fees or accommodate us. It took them MONTHS to get the new apartment ready and charged us an arm and a leg for the unit switch. Despite complaining multiple times, she just got worse and did not get kicked out until we paid HUNDREDS of dollars to get away from her disgusting, loud self. We finally got peace when we moved until the people that lived around us all left, then more weird neighbors moved in. The only chill one we had when we left was the one next door. People constantly bump music almost every day and no matter how clean your apartment is, your apartment will be roach infested no matter how much they exterminated. We would walk in the kitchen at night and there were probably around 40 roaches that scattered away. Thank God my sister put us on to this ant powder that got rid of the infestation in our apartment. By the way, when we finally got in the new apartment, tiles around the fireplace were still missing and drawers/cabinets were broke. The water is always off and if it is on, it was most of the time cold. During this recent snowstorm, we and some other neighbors slipped and fell because they did nothing for our area. One neighbor mentioned he had to go to the hospital, and my mom was sore for days. I am so glad to finally be away from that place, and I am warning you now, unless absolutely necessary, DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE. I so wish I could add videos, but here are some screenshots of my videos of the pee coming straight down, poop that came down, her water from cleaning, and the damage she did.

This property is AWFUL. SAY BYE TO YOUR TENANT RIGHTS!!!
From move-in, I’ve had issues with this place. My unit was never cleaned after the last renters moved out, so I was the one who had to clean the entire unit before moving all of my stuff in. I’m talking roach carcasses and egg casings all in the cabinets and drawers. I spent two days roach-proofing my unit with supplies I bought myself since their pest control was OBVIOUSLY doing “suuuuch a great job!” There was also black mold in my dishwasher and a PILE of dog feces under my fireplace. It took the property a MONTH to send somebody out to clean it up, but only AFTER I told them I’d be contacting the health department.
Whoever is responsible for painting is awful. Paint all over my backsplash in my kitchen and light switches. Blinds are chewed up and never replaced. A piece of tile is missing out of my fireplace. The holes were never covered in the walls from previous tenants except where a few TV mounts were, which look like they were stuffed with chewing gum and painted over with spray paint. My front door latch was rotted out, and could never latch securely. The bottom hinge was also rotted out, so that piece just free-swung. The top of my patio door was saturated and separating and getting caught on my frame.
And as of now, I haven't had hot water since the freeze, which is over a week. Water temp in my entire unit maxes out at 62°F even after running for 15+ minutes. Management knows because I've filed multiple requests and contacted emergency maintenance repeatedly. CRICKETS.
During this same period:
- Heat system failed multiple times, apartment dropped to 57°F.
- Residents were told to stop using water for 2 hours so the boiler could "rest" (didn't help)
- Lost power overnight in freezing temps because "someone flipped my breaker;” maintenance ADMITTED they have PROBLEMS with people TAMPERING with UNSECURED breakers in the complex!
Management is aware and has done nothing to expedite repairs. They say “we are working on it”. I'm showering in front of a space heater. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
And speaking of DANGEROUS, my roommate was woken up one morning to the maintenance man STANDING in her doorway WATCHING HER SLEEP. When I demanded an incident report, the property dismissed it as “an emergency that required entry without notice” and I NEVER got my report.
I constantly deal with Amazon packages being delivered to the wrong door and other tenants stealing them. I had to install a Ring camera on my door to protect my things.
And the “amenities” we pay for? The pool has been closed the entirety of our lease and the gym is a treadmill and a row machine.
MORAL OF THE STORY is DO NOT sign a lease here. They DO NOT CARE about you. I am beyond disappointed and appalled at the blatant negligence this property exercises. Shame shame shame.

ZERO STARS!
I originally planned to wait until I moved out to write this review, but I just signed a 12-month lease and it hasn’t even been three months. I feel obligated to warn others now, because if I can save even one person from the stress I’m dealing with, it’s worth it.
When I moved in, one of my closet doors had a literal hole in it. Not damaged, an actual hole. The kitchen ceiling also looked bulky and clearly showed signs of a previous leak, which management denied.
Less than 45 days later—the night before Thanksgiving—my upstairs neighbor’s apartment leaked through my ceiling. We are now approaching Christmas and the ceiling repairs still have not been completed. I keep a very clean home, but there is a strong, unpleasant odor when you walk in from water sitting in the ceiling for weeks. Management repeatedly told me nothing was wrong, forcing me to contact corporate just to be taken seriously.
I’ve also had a leak on my patio since the day I moved in, which connects to my master bathroom. There is moisture behind the wall that has caused visible mold buildup in the bathroom. I was told I’d need to wait for a plumber which most likely will be after the new year. Mold is a serious health concern, especially considering my daughter has asthma. Management has shown no urgency or concern and has not offered any type of rental accommodation or rent adjustment, despite charging me over $1,500 this month.
And lastly but for certain not least >> the roach problem. You can kill several and more appear shortly after. I am genuinely concerned I’ll have to throw away furniture when I move because I refuse to take roaches with me.
If I had known then what I know now, I would have chosen a different apartment complex WITHIUT HESITATION. Please read this review in full and take it seriously. I’m not exaggerating, and I have no reason to lie. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!
