Providence at Prairie Oaks Apartments

I had a great experience visiting the leasing office. From the moment I walked in, the ladies were welcoming, professional, and very helpful. They took their time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every detail about the apartment and the application process. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Their patience and positive attitude really made the experience smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and look forward to potentially calling this place home!

I just moved to Texas from Wisconsin and living in these apartments have been horrible kids vandalize peoples cars and there are no cameras on the property to protect your cars. The office workers have changed several times due to stealing tenants rent money and over half the complex had to move out. On top of most of the units having a bug problem and the office comes by and sprays all units but nothing has changed. Front gate nor back gate closes so anyone is allowed in. Don’t recommend moving here.
