Providence at Prairie Oaks Apartments

Office staff is friendly and prompt with returning calls/gathering resources to help guests. They gave me lots of help with my many check in’s and questions during the approval and move in process. Maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently been here 6 months and they have consistently handled things this way. Best complex I’ve been in since moving to DFW

Office staff are all exceptionally nice. The apartment complex community gives back each month, they feed kids/tenants/homeless in the office every evening, they have afterschool activities with kids in office and so much more! The office mgr is welcoming, sweet and caring! The apartments are quiet/clean/nice/updated. Great location as well. 4/2025

We scheduled a tour of the apartment complex for 1pm today and received several texts and emails confirming our tour ahead of time. When we arrived, however, we found the leasing office closed and locked with a sign that it wouldn't be open until 2:30. Seeing us standing outside, a groundsworker called the front office manager and informed us she would be back at 2. We waited outside for almost two hours and no one ever showed up or responded to our texts/calls.

Been here for almost 2 weeks now and I'm loving it so far! It's quiet just like I like it! The staff is GREAT! Nice polite and very helpful. From Cynthia to Stacy to Diana they all did a great job! And did I mention I LOVE MY TOWN HOME!! :) Will update in a few months. Been here for a year and couple months now. And my feelings for here are still the same! I LOVE IT HERE and the manager Cynthia and staff are amazing!! :) The only complaint I have is with kids staying out all times of the night making noises and very loud. I understand it's the summertime, but some people do have to get up and go to work and that is not taking into consideration whatsoever when it comes to certain kids in the apartments! Hopefully the curfew will be enforced by the time school starts back up. But other than that, I would recommend anyone to come stay here!
