I have lived here at Heatherway Apts North since May of 2021 and I like it here very much . They do keep up with Pest control and I will be honest I do not have roaches nor rats and if I ever do I would be out of here in a second . Maintenance has been good to me I cannot complain and the Work Orders are done by email which I like very much because I keep records of my emails if I ever need to refer back on a work order which I have not had to do. My work orders are always done on a timely mannered and the Apt. Manager Chris Cook will work with you as much as he can when a problem arises regarding your rent but you as a tenant have to do your part as well. The upkeep of the property is kept up very neatly at the North Heatherway Apts . by maintenance. There was a few concerns regarding the Laundry Room part here by they have been taken care of and it is up to us as the tenants to keep it cleaned in there and we should and they have cameras in the laundry room and outside on the Property as well which makes me feel safe. My son and I share a 2 bedroom apartment here and so far it's been a good experience. I like it here because all nice eating restaurants n fast food is close by and in walking distance and UTA is around the corner , the Arlington Police station is down the corner, Arlington Memorial Hospital , a good reputable hospital, is down the road all these places are like 5 to 10 minutes away and walking distance . The Levitt Pavilion is where outdoor concerts are held is down Abrams St. and Christmas Time it is decorated so nicely and beautiful all down Abrams St . where the Pavilion and Restaurants are located . And let's not forget the Salvation Army where people are helped with the assistance they need. I found a good Dentist, Dr. Peterson, Arlington Bright Smiles right across from where I live here at the North Heatherway Apts and he is on my United Healthcare plan which I am very satisfied with. So if you are looking for a nice place , friendly oriented, rent is affordable come here ... to the Heatherway Apts, 1020 W Abram St, Arlington, TX .

Heatherway apartment (opposite to swift center) has the worst system in terms of air conditioning and heaters. Since all the units has one main connection, manager did not bother to turn on the heater till the month of November’23 and now from March onwards it has been raining heavily and the temperature drops to 35 degree still we don’t have heaters on. And the manger is never available during his office hours. I hope we get a good managing team.

I have been living here for 2 months , the place is quiet and beautiful. The rooms and whashrooms are big and spacious for 2b2b but for 1 b1b, the washroom seems very small. The studio apartments are good as well. However the maintenance facilities are not so good, firstly they do not come when needed and when they come they do not do the necessary thing. But ya they do come for pesting every month. Also , it has cockroches, which is a big headache . The thing I like the most is the big windows. The rent varies according to the apartments , for 2b2b I know is $1550. The only request I would like to make is , the swimming pool should be open for more than a month . 1 month a year is not enough to enjoy.

If you care about peace and quiet at night in order to get a good night's sleep, stay away from Heatherway Apartments. Noisy parties occur frequently, apartment management could not care less about those of us who need a good night's sleep to be ready for a long day of work and study. And yes, we've submitted written complaints to management, as well as police call records. Hands down the worst place I've ever lived in.

So my bathroom had a leak. The toilet water has been leaking from upper floors. I already told them several times to fix this. It has been two week but they have not done anything. It is too dirty. We clean it everyday and the yellowish water is all over our countertop everyday. I fell sick too I guess because of it. They do not respond to calls and most of the times are not available in the office.
