So I lost my keys, and my spare were inside the apartment, I couldn't even get them to just open the door. They kept me within hot water for a month and a half, and when they did change them out they scratch my dresser, ripped the floor. When the kitchen faucet broke, they took 12 hours to come turn off the water (bcuz the valve was painted and flimsy) i didn't want to brake it more. When my neighbor apartment flooded it was at least 3 inches, they took 5 hours apon me telling them what goin on. There probably mold in the walls. Now I gotta vent, and all I need was to have my door opened. But I had to pay a locksmith 180.

Amazing prices and really cute apartment layout out but they take forever to get major stuff to be fixed in this property from what I hear from residents & maintenance are great. But because they owe several vendors that’s why it takes forever to get stuff major fixed. About the utility bills just a warning the storm water etc will go up living in the busy area of Arlington so be prepared for more costs. All I can say is you get what you pay for so don’t be surprised and their always changing employees so they don’t have to pay them their commission, their just worried about occupancy going up.🤷🏽‍♀️

DON’T MOVE HERE!!! They have terrible maintenance people and bad management. There’s new management now and it’s still terrible. The manager is awful. I have requested for them to fix the mold growing inside the air ducts and vents and haven’t fixed it! This is affecting our health and we are already going to move. Hole underneath the sink they still haven’t fixed. A lot of pest come through that hole and the humidity is super high in the apartment making it way hotter than outside. They have leaking problems and the water bill is super high is allocate not single unit. These apartments are falling apart a lot of empty units and high crime rate in this apartments. You will notice cops parked during the morning and afternoon. Don’t risk moving here there’s better options elsewhere and that’s where we are doing now to move out of here ASAP!!!

Property is very conveniently located, the floor plans are cute, and well laid out. We enjoy using our private patio during the evening. Property is quiet, pet friendly. The staff has been wonderful. The manager is very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that our AC was working properly for the weekend. Contacted myself directly to follow up and made sure maintenance got to me before the end of the day. I greatly appreciate her and am glad that we chose to stay here in Arlington. The maintenance technician was very professional, quickly took care of the issue and was a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend the Stratton.

If you want to swim in your apartment for 1500 a month this is the place for you. Fun for the whole family.. you heard it right a water park right there in your living room! 0/10 do not recommend. Run or swim away. The choice is yours!
