I've been here since May and I have to say the new management from Mrs. Victoria to the maintenance crew, they have been on top of everything and working very hard to keep up with every complex. I've been waiting on certain things to be fixed/done since the last management and the new management here was on top of it asap as soon as I called them about it. I definitely see a difference and they actually care. Thank you so much again!!!!|

I have been living in my apartment for 6 months and was already ready to move out because the upkeep of the apartment was below par. I put in several work orders, but nothing was done. Thanks to Ms. Victoria, the job was done the moment we talked about the issue. Thank you again.

Victoria was super helpful and quick to help us get all our issues solved after the previous manager had left. We had issues in our current unit but after her take over all issues were taken care of in less than a week! Very much appreciate her dedication and ethic to working with tenants.

I just moved in on August and just the 2 week of moving in I already had to complain because my carpet was wet they came to look and didn’t do anything now both my closets and basically my whole room is really wet everyday and has MOLD on the walls I have to keep mopping up the water because it’s going to the other room and living room I don’t know what to do anymore my kids are getting sick because it smells in the apartment can’t live like this and now we been here for a month in a half and still the same.
