The community here is welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. Everyone is respectful, and it’s a great environment overall. I also want to give a special shoutout to Gina—she was incredibly nice, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend living here!
I toured The Dean apartments and had a great experience. Georgina was amazing — very welcoming, knowledgeable, and took her time showing me around. The property was clean and well-kept. Definitely worth checking out!
The Dean is on Summit Avenue just west of the UT Arlington campus, near downtown's shops and restaurants. It's about a 4-minute drive or 17-minute walk to class, close enough to reach campus on foot while staying near the city center.
