I just got my apartment!!! THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE ARE AMAZING !!!! THE TOUR WITH SYDNEY WAS SO WELCOMING AND SHE’S SUPER KIND !! AS WELL THE MANAGER LUCIA IS AWESOME !!! I HAPPY WITH MY DECISION!!!

Vintage Pads is a great place to live. Thankful for the management team at this property. It's a great location close to UTA & very convenient!

I do not recommend living here. This apartment has been a complete disappointment. First, I have never seen an apartment complex that encourages residents to leave positive Google reviews in exchange for money. The room I lived in was infested with roaches and fleas, and the pest control show up occasionally, but the treatment was ineffective. In my experience, broken or damaged items remained untouched. The housing office was unreliable. They often promised that “someone will come later today,” but no one ever showed up. Even when I submitted maintenance requests through the system, they were automatically marked as “completed” after two days, even though nothing was repaired.

Absolutely do not recommend living here. It is roach infested and the air conditioning does not work. I’ve asked to move units multiple times and they told me it would be a $500 moving fee.! For no air-conditioning and roach infested!! It’s been over two months living in these conditions and no one ever gets back to me with a solution. I call multiple times and the phones go straight to voicemail and no one picks up. I’ve gone in personally and nothing gets fixed The only thing they say is they will send someone to inspect Again, it’s been over two months living like this completely on livable environment! I wish I could give zero stars.

This place is cockroach infested, they refuse to do anything about all the rodents. Also the air conditioning is not working all summer, it’s never below 76 even at night!! Nobody answers or offers to actually fix anything!
